Adobe confirmed yesterday at the Flash On The Beach (FOTB) conference in Brighton, UK that it is finally developing a Flash Player for the iPhone. But don’t hold your breath. You won’t be able to see it at least in the first half of 2009.
Nevertheless, this is big news for everyone who like to watch flash videos other than Youtube on their iPhone.

Yes, you heard me. I have been using this for almost a month and a half now and I love it. Granted I am not on a data plan because I really don’t need that much YET:) but I enjoy surfing web on it using Wi-Fi.
One of the reasons that I got it for was to have my work portfolio on it. So next time someone asks for my card, I can simply show off the work and believe it or not I have ended up with 3 clients because of that.
Ok ok. I am also guilty of playing some games on it. I love the classic PacMan and FS5 Air Hockey on it and at least play them couple of times a day.
In any case, if you are in art business, whether you are a cinematographer, editor, director, graphic artist, audio engineer or photographer, this toy is for you. Trust me, not only you will love it for what it is, it will get you work too.

It has been over a year since Apple announced release of IPhone and boy have I drooled to get it. I almost bought an unlock one for $600 here in Canada which held 16 gig of content. But today at Keynote, Steve Jobs announced that 8 gig phone will be for $199.00 and 16 gig for $299.00 and those prices will be standard across the world. Yippeeee!!!
IPhones comes to Rogers and Fido stores on July 11th.
