Last month, I directed my first music video for Tabbara Inc. production company. The band is called Pandamonia and song entitled ‘Needle in the Vein’. This was filmed last month north of Toronto and downtown Toronto over the course of two days.

Despite production hiccups, we completed this on time. I finally had a chance to edit the video and is now online. Enjoy the video below.

Lately, I have been taking full advantage of social networking websites to promote my work. There has been facebook, twitter and now youtube.  

That’s right, you can check pretty much more or less the same videos at www.youtube.com/jawadmir.  From time to time, I will be putting some exclusive videos on youtube and not here for you to check out.  For now enjoy it and subscribe to it.

I am also working on myspace, vimeo and couple other social networking websites page.  Stay tuned.

Hi Everyone.  For those of you who know me don’t need to read this but those who don’t, here is a little about me to give you understanding about my background and profession.

I am a full time director and editor with over 4 years of experience behind me.  My professional work includes TV Series ‘Beyond Belief’, documentaries such as ‘The Kids are Alright’, and  ‘Travel Feature: China’ for Cathay Pacific as well as corporate work for MCI Communications, Kenaidan Constructions, Hydro One, Shredit & Cara Foods.  Other work includes demo reel for Positive Living Productions, Instruction Video for Stephen McGarvey, promos for dating website cYoucMe.com and Cooksville Phantom Hockey team and live shows for ‘The Spoons’ and much more.

I also do freelance work for various production companies in the GTA area.

To add to that, I am also a web and graphic designer and own several successful entertainment based websites such as DreamWorksFansite.com and TheRaider.Net
